Time travel in 3D – the totally crazy Renaissance Challenge is an interactive “journey back in time” to the Renaissance era where participants tackle the challenges of sixteenth-century dining culture in a group of time travelers, giving them exclusive access to otherwise normally hidden Castle rooms of Augustusburg received.

The Challenge, an intergenerational family offer, takes place in epoch-typical Renaissance costumes, with props as well as multimedia effects from music, light and sound productions. The highlight is a 3D XXL interactive painting in the former courtroom of Schloss Augustusburg.
The time-traveling adventurers take a beautiful, funny and lasting memory with them and can capture the best moments with camera or smartphone for family and friends. The time travelers are accompanied by two experienced guides.
